Bantam, formerly known as Bacchus, is a traditional Irish pub located on East Millennium Tower Street in Kabukicho, Tokyo, Japan. The bar was named for the Roman god of wine Bacchus, and, in December 2005, it was the site of a mass shooting which killed around five people; the only survivor was a young girl, Haruka Sawamura, who hid until she was rescued by Kazuma Kiryu. The bar later reopened under the name Bantam, and it continued to be a popular pub into the 2010s.
