
Balthazar Emiliano (1688-July 1718) was the Governor of Chinchorro for New Spain from 1715 to 1718.
Biography[]
Emiliano was placed in charge of the Spanish fort of Chinchorro off the Mexican coast, making sure that it had very strong defenses. In 1718, however, pirate captain Edward Kenway stormed the fort and Emiliano was stabbed in the war room.
