Baltasar Trelles was the manager of the Battaglia Cement Factory in Havana.
Biography[]
Baltasar Trelles was born in Havana, Cuba, and he came to own the Battaglia Cement Factory. He paid a cut to Almeida crime family boss Esteban Almeida to stay afloat, and Trapani crime family boss Dominic Corleone took over the factory in 1959. Corleone forced Trelles to pay protection to him instead, and he forced him to respect military officer Jaime Agassiz after bombing his depot as a warning.
