Baldassare Ugurgieri (1069-1100) was a citizen of Milan who died in an attempt to assassinate Cardinal Niccolo the Peaceful of the Norman Kingdom of Sicily in 1100.

Baldassare Ugurgieri was born in the city of Milan in 1069, and he was recruited as an assassin in 1098 for the special assignment of the assassination of Cardinal Niccolo the Peaceful of the Norman Kingdom of Sicily, who was a member of a rival realm. In 1100, he attempted to kill Cardinal Niccolo with a poisonous snake as he slept, but Ugurgieri was bitten in the leg by the wild snake and fell dead shortly after.
