Balbo Urbina Mondragón (1982-2005) was a Virgillo Cartel gunman who was based in Los Toros, Baja California during the 2000s. In 2005, he was killed in a gunfight with undercover DEA agent Ramiro Cruz while trying to assassinate Marco the Rat in the red light district.
