Balabanov Panteley Konstantinovich (died 6 June 1944) was a Russian Osttruppen soldier who served in the 91st Infantry Division on the Western Front of World War II. He was killed in action with American paratroopers at Sainte-Mere-Eglise, Normandy amid Mission Albany on D-Day, 1944.
