Baisetsu Anayama (1541-21 June 1582) was a Japanese samurai and the nephew of Shingen Takeda. He was one of the "Twenty-Four Generals of Shingen Takeda", and he fought for his uncle at the Fourth Battle of Kawanakajima, the Battle of Mikatagahara, and the Battle of Nagashino, after which he defected to Ieyasu Tokugawa. He helped his new lord during his campaign against Katsuyori Takeda, and he also assisted him with his Escape through Iga in June 1582. Three days later, he was captured and burned to death by Takeda sympathizers who were angry at his betrayal of Katsuyori.
