The BT-7 "Betka" was a Soviet light tank that was produced from 1935 to 1940, with 5,300 tanks being built. The BT-7 first saw action in the USSR's border war with Japan, and it would later see action against Finland during the Winter War and against the Axis Powers during World War II. The T-34 would replace the BT-7 in 1940.
