The Ayala Sarabia crew was a Mexican drug trafficking organization run by Liber Ayala Sarabia from Lobster Cay, Bahamas during the 1980s. In 1984, Ayala Sarabia sold 5 kilograms of cocaine to Tony Montana, who imported the goods into the United States via Miami.
