Avihai Ben-Haim (1978-2019) was an Israeli Mista'arvim operative who served on Mickey Moreno's team during the 2010s. During a 2019 raid against a Hamas commando unit at Yatta, Ben-Haim accidentally shot an IDF soldier, Moran, as he headed to the rooftop of the target building, after which a distraught Ben-Haim faced an inquiry, but was not sent home. He returned to the field with his team after the kidnapping of Yaara Zarhi and Elad Banali, taking part in an infiltration of Gaza. During the raid on al-Shifa Hospital, he was fatally wounded by Bashar Hamdan, and, while he was cared for in the home of a Palestinian journalist and rescued by teammates who had pretended to be parameidcs, he died during the ride to the evacuation point.
