Augusto Jaramillo

Augusto Jaramillo was the head of counter-narcotics for the Colombian national police during the 1980s. He was a dishonest man, and DEA agent Javier Pena gave him $100,000 in exchange for replacing General Gomez with Search Bloc leader Horacio Carrillo as the man responsible for taking down Pablo Escobar.
