The Atwell Avenue Boys were a gang of contract killers based in Providence, Rhode Island. They were formed in the 1950s by Lou Galina. They were often contracted by the American Mafia to perform hits outside of the mob.
The Atwell Avenue Boys were known for their brutal methods of killing. The gang also had a strict no drugs policy, and killed one of their own employers who was selling drugs.
