The Atollo Farm raid occurred in 2019 when a team of American special forces operatives raided the Atollo Farm in Bolivia's rural Itacua department, rescuing the captured Kataris 26 revolutionary Amaru from the Santa Blanca Cartel.
Amaru had been captured while resisting the cartel's invasion of Itacua, and he was tortured by Zapatero Gonzalez and Gloria Fernandez, though he refused to give up any information about his movement. His nephew Pac Katari, leader of the Kataris 26 movement, asked Anthony Perryman to take his Ghost Recon team and rescue his uncle, whose Maoist ideas inspired the rebels to keep fighting. Using intelligence gathered from the Chiriaque raid, the Americans drove through the village of Yopil and to the Atollo Farm, where Amaru was being held. The operatives ambushed and quickly overwhelmed the sicarios before rescuing Amaru from his cage and using a cartel helicopter to take him back to Katari and CIA agent Karen Bowman. Amaru related the horrors of his torture as well as the identities of his interrogators, leading to the Ghost Recon team being sent to eliminate "La Yuri" and "El Polito."
