The Asian Dragon Family (ADF) was a crew of Vietnamese teenage gangsters that was founded in Fairfax County, Virginia in 1999. The ADF's formation was inspired by the Tiny Rascal Gang, and the two gangs formed a strong alliance. In 2011, Richard Pak of the Korean Dragon Crew, Joseph D. Lamborn, and Tony Le of the Asian Boyz formed the Reccless Tigers gang with the goal of taking over the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) market, and they went to war with the ADF as allies of the Asian Boyz after the ADF attempted to sell them fake drugs.
