Artur Rodionovich Ogurtsov (1943-2008) was a Russian-American mobster who was affiliated with the Faustin crime family in New Jersey during the 2000s. In 2008, he and several other Russian Mafia criminals were killed when The Lost MC biker gang ambushed their convoy in Jersey City.
