Artur Lugo (died 1984) was a Cuban-American gangster who was affiliated with the Contreras Cartel in Miami during the 1980s. In 1984, he and several other of Nacho Contreras' henchmen were gunned down by one of rival drug lord Tony Montana's enforcers at their gang hideout in Downtown Miami.
