Arpag Demirel (died 1186) was a mamluk loyal to the Ayyubids during the crusades. Demirel was enslaved and forced to serve in the army of the Ayyubid Caliphate, and he was among al-Adil's soldiers at the battle of Gazza in 1186. Demirel was slain in battle with the Kingdom of Jerusalem's soldiers during the fierce fighting.
