The Armenian National Congress (ANC) is a classical liberal political party in Armenia that was founded in 2008. The party was founded by former President Levon Ter-Petrosyan, and its formation was spearheaded by Ter-Petrosyan's Pan-Armenian National Movement. From 2008 to 2013, it was a coalition of 13 opposition parties, but it became a unified political party in 2013 after some constituent parties left the coalition.
