Armen Sarkisyan (died 3 February 2025) was an Armenian-Ukrainian crime boss who was affiliated with the Donetsk Clan crime syndicate. A close former associate of the oligarch-turned-president Viktor Yanukovych, Sarkisyan organized titushky thugs who harassed Euromaidan protesters in 2013-2014, and he was placed on an international wanted list in 2014 for organizing murders in central Kyiv. After the start of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, Sarkisyan founded the Arbat Battalion paramilitary group from Armenian-Russian, Abkhazian-Armenian, and Armenian volunteers (many of them criminals), which fought on the Avdiivka front. In February 2025, he was killed when Ukraine's SBU bombed his Moscow apartment; Yanukovych's security detail member Serhii Shkriabatovskyi was injured in the blast.
