Becker in 2012
Armando Becker (2 August 1967 - 1 March 2012) was the commander of the Unidade de Forças Especiais (UFE) task force in the Sao Paulo Police Department. He was exposed for corruption and involvement in an organ harvesting scandal, where impoverished residents of Sao Paulo's favelas were kidnapped and killed to sell organs on the black market.
In March 2012 during an airport shootout between Max Payne and UFE troops, Becker attempted to kill Payne with a grenade launcher but was mortally wounded from an explosion after Payne shot at an incoming grenade. Becker died of his injuries moments later.

Armando Becker was born in Brazil in August 1967 to a wealthy family of German descent. He joined the Sao Paulo Police Department as a gendarmerie in the mid 1980s and was long-time acquaintances with Wilson Da Silva.
