Arlo Yates (born 1836) was a Union Army soldier who served in the 28th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment during the American Civil War. He and his regiment helped fight off John Rogers Cooke's Confederate counterattack against the Union Army of the Potomac at the 1862 Battle of Antietam.
