Arley Pliny McCloud (born 1819) was a Confederate States Army artillery officer who served in Poague's Battery of the 1st Rockbridge Artillery during the American Civil War. On 17 September 1862, he fought at the Hagerstown Turnpike during the Battle of Antietam.
