Aristeo Telesco was a Venetian archer who was ordered to protect the rooftops of Venice from criminals. On 14 September 1485, Telesco and Sante Benedetti attempted to shoot down Ezio Auditore da Firenze as he flew on Leonardo da Vinci's flying machine, but they failed.
