Aristarkh Georgiy Shibalov (1980-2008) was a Faustin crime family hitman. In 2008, Shibalov was sent to assassinate Florian Cravic and Niko Bellic as they rode a boat off Coney Island, but the attempt failed, and Bellic chased Shibalov and the other assassins down to a park in Astoria, Queens, where they were killed.

Aristarkh Georgiy Shibalov was born in Kirsanov, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union in 1980 to a family of atheist Russians, and he emigrated to the United States during the early 2000s. Shibalov became a hitman for the Faustin crime family of New York City's Russian Mafia, and Dimitri Rascalov sent Shibalov, Yuriy G. Shmelev, and Vikentiy V. Anisimov to assassinate Florian Cravic and Niko Bellic as they rode a boat off Coney Island. Shibalov sat on the passenger side of the boat, and Shmelev failed to kill the two men with an MP5. The assassins then attempted to escape, but Anisimov crashed the boat at a pier in Astoria, Queens, and they fled into the nearby park. Bellic located Shibalov, the last survivor of the assasins, and gunned him down on the side of a cliff, causing him to fall into the East River after dying.
