Areva Martin was an American civil rights attorney and media expert. Born and raised in the housing projects of north St. Louis, she attended an Ivy League school before working on Wall Street. She later founded the Martin & Martin law firm in Los Angeles and became a civil rights attorney, and she later became a legal analyst for CNN.
