Ardos was a Cretan orphan boy who rediscovered the Labyrinth of Lost Souls in 429 BC.
Biography[]
Ardos was the son of the famed Messaran adventurer Nikios, and, when he was young, he was left in the care of an elderly friend of his father as Nikios, "the Collector", and the "Swordfish of Octopus Bay" attempted to steal the Minotaur's treasure from the Labyrinth of Lost Souls in 429 BC. Unfortunately for Ardos, the Collector and the Swordfish ran out of the Labyrinth without his father and refused to tell Ardos what happened, and Ardos decided to run away from his caretaker (whom he saw as "boring") and attempt to find his father himself.

Ardos leading Kassandra into the palace
Ardos came across the mercenary Kassandra later that year when she tried to loot his treasure chest at the Palace of Knossos, and he later enlisted her help with finding his father, as she was intrigued by his claim that the Labyrinth at Knossos was the real one (not the one at Pephka), and that the Minotaur was still alive. He later gave her information on the Collector, the Swordfish, and the Caretaker, helping her with investigating Nikios' fate. Ultimately, she discovered that a disk that Ardos had stolen from the Collector opened the Labyrinth, and she entered the vault and slew the Minotaur. However, she discovered that Nikios had been killed. Upon returning, Kassandra broke the sad news to Ardos, but she convinced Ardos to reconcile with his Caretaker and return home with him.
