Antonio "Culito" Garcia was a Colombian money launderer in the service of the Los Muchachos cartel. In 1997, he delivered money to his boss Sal Magluta's girlfriend Marilyn Bonachea at her Elizabeth, New Jersey safehouse, and the FBI monitored him as he made his drops. Bonachea called Garcia "the Pervert" for his frequent grabbing of her butt and his repeated attempts to seduce her, and Bonachea considered murdering him with a butcher knife before deciding to leave her Jersey City safehouse for a home at Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. In 2002, he was apprehended by the FBI and agreed to cooperate with them during Magluta's trial, telling them about how he transferred money to Magluta's defense lawyers.
