Antoine Gerard (died 1793) was a Deputy of the National Assembly of the French Republic. In 1793, he was responsible for the murder of Michel Hennebert, a political rival.

Antoine Gerard was a Deputy of the Assembly of the French Republic, and in 1793 he voted for the execution of King Louis XVI of France. He became a rival of Michel Hennebert, a politician on the assembly who voted to spare the king from execution. Gerard and his wife Madeleine Gerard were invited to Hennebert's house by Olivier Gedet, another deputy, hoping to calm the murderous political situation. Gerard poisoned Hennebert's wine, and Hennebert died at his dinner table. Gerard was later accused of the murder by Arno Dorian and was executed at the Palais Justice in 1793 for murder.
