Anthony Kern was a member of the Arizona House of Representatives (R-20) from 5 January 2015 to 11 January 2021 (succeeding Carl Seel and preceding Judy Schwiebert) and of the State Senate (R-27) from 9 January 2023 (succeeding Rebecca Rios). A former policeman, Kern participated in the 2020 "fake electors" plot to overturn the 2020 presidential election in favor of Donald Trump and subvert American democracy.
