Ansel Doran (died March 1878) was a member of the Murphy-Dolan faction during the Lincoln County War in New Mexico. In 1878, he was one of six of Henry Hill's partisans to be killed in a shootout with the Lincoln County Regulators at a shack along a riverbank.
