Andy Landers was a Colorado Springs, Colorado patrolman who was, in 1979, charged with sexually assaulting Black Power activist Patrice Dumas.

Andy Landers was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and he became a patrolman in the Colorado Springs Police Department. He was corrupt and racist, and he did not get along well with rookie cop Ron Stallworth during the 1970s. In 1972, he pulled over Black Power activist Patrice Dumas as she drove Stokely Carmichael back to his hotel in Colorado Springs, and he threatened Carmichael and groped Dumas. In 1979, Stallworth tricked a drunken Landers into bragging about his drunken assault on Dumas, and his confession was taped, leading to his arrest.
