Andry of Bruges (died 1130) was a nobleman of the County of Flanders, and the commander of Bruges.

Biography[]

Captain Andry was the commander of the County of Flanders city of Bruges on the coastline, and successfully defended it from an attack by the Holy Roman Empire. However, in 1130 French nobleman Oudin Touchet launched an assault on Bruges, and Andry was killed in battle.
