Andrew Williams Loomis (27 June 1797-24 August 1873) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-OH 17) from 4 March to 20 October 1837, succeeding John Thomson and preceding Charles D. Coffin. Born in Lebanon, Connecticut, he practiced law in Canton, Ohio and in New Lisbon before serving in Congress and later as a lawyer in Pittsburgh and Cleveland.
