Andrew V. Waters (1967-27 January 2022) was an American criminal who was affiliated with the Rednecks meth gang in Blaine County, California during the 2020s. In January 2022, he and dozens of other Rednecks were gunned down in a shootout with the criminal Slugs Piombino at an aircraft boneyard in rural Blaine County.
