Biography[]
Early Life[]
Andrea Martínez was born in Chile in 1980 to the head of the Martínez Cartel - a small but influential drug cartel affiliated with the Delgado Cartel. Andrea grew up playing in the coca fields of her family's rural estate with her "cousins" Rico and Héctor Delgado. In 1994, when Andrea was 14, her father decided that he didn't want her involved in the family business, and had planned to send her abroad to the United States to study while her older brothers took over the cartel. However, a week before this planned departure, the government cracked down on the Martínez Cartel, located her family's mansion, and slaughtered everyone there while Andrea was visiting her "uncle" Fernando Delgado. Now orphaned, Andrea was taken in by Don Fernando and treated as his own daughter.
Fernando honored his friend's wishes and sent Andrea to America to get an education. She returned to Chile in 2002, living at the Delgado villa for a few months before moving to Santiago, Chile where she met up with Rico Delgado and rekindled her friendship with him. Determined to honor her father's wish and her uncle's expectations, she got a job in the advertising industry and worked there for a couple of years as a marketing executive. But, tragedy struck as Fernando Delgado and his son were killed in an apparent 'accident' in 2004. The effective dismantling of the cartel following their deaths, however, brought back the specter of the past and Martinez realized that some hidden hand was behind the deaths. Worried for her life, she fled Chile and ended up in Colombia with Rico and Héctor. Together, the trio reformed the Delgado Cartel - quickly starting a new business and getting Andrea's hands dirty by creating a series of legal fronts for what would quickly grow into a substantial criminal empire. From then on, Andrea's job became traveling the world under various aliases and acting as sort of "brand representative" of the Delgado Cartel - expanding the business and making sure everything runs smoothly, as well as bribing the officials, extorting information, and keeping the public eye away from Rico via the information that she purchased from the IAGO spy network. At some point, she entered the relationship with Héctor Delgado, but the relationship ended badly, which she later regretted.
Death[]
In July of 2020, Agent 47 was dispatched to Santa Fortuna, Colombia by the International Contract Agency in order to stop the Delgado Cartel in order to prevent the Shadow Client's Milita from using their distribution network to move around the world. Upon arriving in Santa Fortuna, 47 quickly set about to competing this mission, and assassinated Andrea by making her death look like an accident.
