Andamanese

The Andamanese are the indigenous peoples of the Andaman Islands of India. The Andamanese are considered Negritos due to their dark skin and short stature, and they traditionally lived a hunter-gatherer lifestyle, living in isolation for thousands of years. The Andamanese population was decimated by disease, dropping from 7,000 Andamanese during the late 18th century to a mere 400-450 in the 2010s.
