Andaleeb Takataqah

Andaleeb Takataqah (1982-14 April 2002) was a Palestinian Fatah member who carried out a suicide bombing in downtown Jerusalem, Israel on 14 April 2002, killing six and wounding six.

Biography[]

Andaleeb Takataqah was born in the Arab village of Beit Fajar, West Bank, Palestine in 1982 to a Sunni Muslim Arab family, and she worked as a seamstress. In 2002, during the Second Intifada, she joined the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades and filmed herself pledging herself to jihad. On 14 April 2002, she blew herself up next to a bus stop on Jaffa Street, killing 6 people and injuring 6 more.
