Amsi Y. Pate (1851-1898) was an American outlaw from Wharton County, Texas who rode with Hollis Z. Hendee's gang during the Wild West era. In 1898, he and the rest of Hendee's gang were ambushed and gunned down by the gunslingers Arizona Kid and Iron-Sights Jones at their Quaker's Cove hideout in Matagorda County.
