Amphitrion, son of Lemnus (445 BC-) was a Syracusan officer who served in the Syracusan-Agyrian War of the early 4th century BC. He commanded a body of hoplites under the tyrant Dionysius during his war with Agyrion, first fighting at the Battle of Katane in 399 BC.
