
Amphion of Nisaia (died 431 BC) was an Athenian officer who was stationed in Nisaia, Megaris during the Peloponnesian War. In 431, he posted a bounty of 433 drachmae on the head of the Spartan mercenary Kassandra for murder and assault on a fort. Kassandra infiltrated the port at Nisaia and killed Amphion with an arrow to the face.
