Amphion, son of Hippasus (443-399 BC) was a Sicel soldier in the service of the Hellenized city-state of Agyrion during the 4th century BC. He commanded the garrison of Catania (Katane) at the start of the Syracusan-Agyrian War, and he was killed in battle with the invading Syracusans at the Battle of Katane at the start of the war.
