Amiel Brown was a Las Vegas, Nevada policeman. In 1973, Brown was sent by Tangiers Casino owner Frank Rosenthal to escort cheater Hiram Elder out of the casino. Brown shocked Elder with a cattle prod, claiming that he was having a heart attack, and he took him to the back room, where his hand was broken.
