Amer Ahmed Amiriyat (1953-11 March 1978), also known as Tariq ibn Ziyad, was a member of the PLO from Lebanon and one of the perpetrators of the Coastal Road massacre. Born in Tripoli, Amiriyat was fatally shot by Israeli police during the 1978 raid.
