Amós Gutiérrez Guajardo (died 2005) was a Virgillo Cartel enforcer. In 2005, he was killed by undercover DEA agent Tommy Cruz during a shootout at a Mexioil station on the outskirts of Los Toros, but not before he threw a grenade near Cruz. Cruz' leg was injured in the ensuing explosion, so Cruz was forced to send his twin brother Ramiro Cruz to continue his mission.
