Alvaro Santiago Medrano (1950-1984) was a Contreras Cartel bodyguard who was employed by Nacho Contreras during his stay in Black Sands during the 1980s. In 1984, he was killed by Tony Montana during the shootout on Contreras' Black Sands cargo ship casino.
