Biography[]
Alvaro Resto was born in 1977 in Merida, Venezuela. Resto was a believer in Marxism due to his lower-class upbringing, believing that everyone should be able to share the resources and housing of the country and that the dictator Ramon Solano had to be overthrown. Resto manned a recoilless rifle station in front of Merida, blowing up Venezuelan Army vehicles that passed by.
