Alvaro Elizalde (15 October 1969-) was a Socialist Party of Chile senator from 2018.
Biography[]
Alvaro Elizalde was born in Talca, Chile in 1969, and he worked as a lawyer before joining the Christian Left of Chile and then the Socialist Party of Chile. He served as Superintendent of Social Security from 2008 to 2010, Minister Secretary-General of Government from 2014 to 2015, President of the Socialist Party from 2017, and a Senator from 2018.
