Alpha L. Sands (1850-1898) was an American sheriff's deputy who lived in Tumbleweed, Apache County, Arizona Territory during the Wild West era. In 1898, he was killed in a shootout with the outlaw known as the Arizona Kid on the streets on Tumbleweed.
