The All People's Party (APP) is a social democratic political party in Namibia that was founded in January 2008. The party split from the Congress of Democrats and advocated more center-left views, becoming a minor party in the country. The party's goals were to eliminate poverty in five years and informal settlements (shanty towns) in ten years, and the party also sought to improve gay rights in the country.
