
Ali Razini (2 June 1953-18 January 2025) was an Iranian supreme court judge. Involved in cracking down on opponents of the Islamist regime since the 1980s and a member of the Assembly of Experts from 2007 to 2016, he was responsible for adjudicating the cases of protesters, artists, and activists following the Mahsa Amini protests. On 18 January 2025, he and fellow sharia court judge Mohammad Moghiseh were assassinated at the supreme court in Tehran by an attacker who proceeded to shoot himself.
